Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to a failure in starting the process for the user instance.

This is a very strange issue that I have. I am glad that a solution was out there. I got this error when I used Visual Studio Web Developer Web access the database file. After doing some research, it turns out that it is a bug in the OS. http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?id=896613 Basically I remote log on to my computer, and because I am a remote user, I can't access the database file. However, if I log on the the computer locally first, and then remotely log on to it, there is no problem.
